Motor City Hydrographics – Warranty Policy

Motor City Hydrographics takes every precaution to ensure your item is handled with care throughout the entire hydrographic process. Due to the nature of this business and the processes involved, unforeseen issues may occasionally occur. All warranty claims are reviewed and handled on an individual basis.

Motor City Hydrographics Warranty Limitations

Motor City Hydrographics:

• Is not responsible for wear and tear caused by customer reassembly or installation.

• Will not warranty items damaged by holsters, racks, backpacks, cases, or similar items.

• Will not warranty items that have been abused or show signs of abuse.

• Will not warranty parts that have rusted as a result of the dipping process, including but not limited to barrels, triggers, screws, springs, or internal components.

• Will not warranty any optics.

• Reserves the right to decline warranty service at its sole discretion if deemed necessary.

Warranty Coverage

• Motor City Hydrographics offers a 90-day product failure warranty starting from the date the item is shipped from our facility.

• This warranty covers product failure, including but not limited to:

  • Clear coat flaking or peeling

  • Paint lifting or failing to adhere

  • Similar coating-related failures caused by workmanship or materials

• This warranty does not cover scratching.

Normal Wear Disclaimer

Hydrographic finishes are not indestructible. All coatings have a wear tolerance. Excessive or repetitive use in a specific area may eventually show signs of wear. Repetitive or normal wear is not covered under warranty.
